Adpi cuts so many girls because they have such a high return rate- which means that most girls want to come to come. They have a higher chance of girls accepting bids than lower sororities(they need to invite more girls back so they dont' have to cut as many). As for DZ- I wouldn't necessarily say it is hard if you fit in with them! They are a mid-upper tier sorority so you'll need to be somewhat attractive, decent GPA, etc!
