Sadly, our Greek life staff does not do they best when it comes to taking hazing allegations seriously. Many men and women have attempted to come forward to the Greek life office but it typically is shoved to the side because “that cannot be, that organization does too much good to be involved in hazing” Coming from a current student here at Sam, hazing does happen. It is most definitely not in all organizations but I strongly suggest that anyone interested in Greek life knows this and has a good enough head on their shoulders to know when to get out of a sketchy situation.
