3 out of the 4 top houses will be homeless next year 1. TDX 2. Sig Chi 3. Skull even though the Skulls are the only ones who utilize their house followed by TDX which is iffy. Kappa Sigma and Phi Delt both got terrible pledge classes this fall so it looks like year some other fraternities can step up. Also the Zeta house could possibly be up for grabs because the Sig Ep geeds are gone after this year
