Could just break up into tiers Top Tier: Sigma Chi, Theta Chi and TDX Upper Middle: Chi Psi, Skull, Phi Psi, Pike, Sig Ep Middle: DKE, TKE, ZBT, Phi Delt, Alpha Sig, SAE, etc. The rest are irrelevant, but the fraternities in each tier are pretty interchangeable in different aspects. DKE and Chi Psi are good, but definitely not top tier. They have each have a nice house but still have some weird kids.
