Only 5 of the fraternal properties have ownership issues. -SAM and AXP are kicked off and instead PiKapp and AGD have them, probably for a long time though. -Theta Chi owns its house but can’t letter it b/c they’re on suspension rn. However, since they didn’t cooperate with the school, the suspension might become permanent and the house could be lost. -Sigma Chi sued their landlord in 2017 who didn’t want to house them. They’re back and recognized now, but they don’t own the house and it’s not currently lettered. -SDT’s house is owned by Kappa Sig, who’s back on campus, so SDT will inevitably lose it unless they previously signed a long term lease agreement
