In the south, if you're rushing and you're not from in-state, you might as well cross a few frats off your list because those guys (usually top houses on campus) recruit from only instate and even only private schools sometimes. Just curious, is there anything of this sort at rutgers or is it much more open here and instate/outofstate doesn't matter? Thanks!
