Definitely take Sig Chi out of your list if you want to have fun. Now for your question... There are better frats like Chi Phi or Pi Kapp, but Asig, DKE, n' Phi Psi are all solid choices. Asig and Phi Psi over DKE for sure Hard to say who's better out of Phi Psi or Asig, I'm not in either of 'em, so couldn't tell you, just rush and find out.
