every frat has a main house , basically where brothers live. if it’s not a normal frat house then it’s just a normal small nb house they call a satellite. Frat houses are considered fraternity houses by the town of NB. it’s hard to zone a frat house so only certain houses are. dphi, pikapp, and sigchi all have zoned houses but are most likely waiting on approval from the town to put their letters up. dke has approval and their alumni own the house
