A lettered house is almost necessary for relations to be top, but it doesnt mean anything if the bros dont know how to build relations. Asig is a prime example. At least houseless SAE can be relevant with dages. The irrelevant frats just cant pull. They mix by themselves and with freshmen. No relevant org mixes with them. That being said, i’ve had many chill friends in irrelevant frats. They can be cool too, just in their own way.
