As sorry as one can be to post this, Pi Kappa Phi will likely be “upper tier” starting fall sem (esp with 52 College Ave & having a stupid amount of Brothers), amongst Delta Phi & Chi Phi. Chi Psi can possibly alter that if they actually threw more. Z Psi had a very good chance but now is shot because they like to defecate on their pledges. Don’t even worry about AEPi or Theta Cheese-those are slow. Everyone else who doesn’t want to join a frat for clout, actually talk with the brothers during rush & see what aligns with your desires in terms of Greek life
