it always amazes me when I read things like this. Depending on your point of view, you could flip this and say some of those "top tiered" frats are full of douche, stereo typical "frat guys", most don't even know all of the brothers. It's a joke. Some of the "mid and lower tiered" are chill guys who chose to be in these frats because they like the vibe. For someone to even rank frats like this is laughable. This is why greek life is dying at Rutgers.
