People keep posting “Top Tier” lists based on size, parties or good looks. The real premier groups OWN their houses. The real Top Tier has staying power. They may have up and down years but they are here for the long run. Recent flameouts like Pike, TKE and TDX show how quickly you can be gone without a house. Amazing how all of the groups that own a house have been here a long time and will be into the future.
