You are literally pathetic and have no clue what a fraternity means if you think it depends upon a house. I know plenty of great fraternities without a lettered house, and shtty fraternities with a lettered house. And this is coming from a guy in one of the nicest housed fraternities - Theta Delta Chi. PS - SigEp is definitely one of the most relevant, non-lettered fraternities. I have a bunch of boys in there that are good guys and have a great brotherhood.
