To my knowledge they have building their relations with mids and uppermids. The other comments about AXO and SDT sounds accurate. All I know is a lot of work is being put in. To one of the other comments about SAE and Sammy its a given that both have solid ties with lower tiers, but im told the two have have been putting in work behind the scenes, espically with the upper-mids.
