theta chi and pike are hard to get into. theta chi is harder than pike. chi psi is just expensive, although they won't bid people they think could be even a little bit of a liability. tdx is not selective, they have been giving out bids just as easily as frats like chi phi or pi kapp. the others may be selective but they are smaller/less relevant frats who don't care about being "top tier" and just bid kids they vibe with.
