OFSA's rules about parties and events are only meant to keep us safe, and I think they get too much hate about it The rules about guest lists, the kind of food you have to provide, approved venues, transportation, and all those things are ANNOYING, don't get me wrong, but they're just trying to protect people from literally dying from alcohol poisoning (like, when that kid died after the gphi formal because his date left before him and he was walking home alone, OFSA changed the rules so that members couldn't leave formal without their dates) every rule is a reaction to something that's gone wrong in the past, they're not just arbitrary
