I think this is the tenth time someone on this website has asked this, but whatever. Zeta Psi is slowly on the rise. Their relations are improving, along with their size, but there are still better options. SAE is NOT on the rise. A lot of their brothers are weird and they give out desperate bids. Their relations are dying and they keep telling everyone they mix with Chi Psi, but they never have, besides one charity program. Their parties are extremely lame and their campus presence is super low. Their dages are ok though. Out of those two, definitely go Zeta Psi. If you are not restricted to those two, then check out a few others.
