It’ll be divided by tier. Top tier: Chi Phi- No longer on probation, but their ties are still weakening and their image’s gone bad. They own the house though. Tons of brothers, so naturally a bunch of them are weird. Middle tier: Zeta Psi- Great house, there are less brothers, but they are all ok. Their ties are improving and they might be on the way up. DKE- Unrecognized, only freshmen go to their parties. Their ties are weak because of that, and the brothers are really, really weird. Lower middle tier: Alphasig: They have a lettered housed, and like 60 brothers. They’re ok, but a bit douchey sometimes. Relations are not being maintained, and the house is underutilized. Phi Tau: Nearly the same as above, but with slightly less brothers, though their relations are a bit better. Their dages are just, meh.
