Adding to that, Phi tau has been pretty stagnant. Yea they have a lettered house but don’t have any decent relationships with other high tier orgs. DPhi has better orginzation relations than PKT. They also own the Johnson Mansion that TDX currently has this year but only time will tell if they get it next year.
