PKT has a decent house on hamilton near the yard. they've been around for a minute and are consistently ranked low. I've went to their parties and they're super friendly/chill. Unfortunately the vibes were off and they never mix with any upper orgs. Dphi merged with a top tier frat over 2 years back. They've been killing it with dages/nages which got them solid relations. They're definitely above PKT
