this makes 0 sense. we take all liability 100 percent as is. OFSA provides literally 0 benefit to us. it only harms us. it’s there to benefit the school by kicking off and disciplining orgs that threaten rutgers reputation. look at DKE they don’t have to listen to ofsa AT ALL. and they function just fine. if everyone did that, then the sororities wouldn’t be able to blacklist anyone for official events (like they do to DKE). and we would be able to govern ourselves without useless bureaucrats like Dean A sticking their noses into our business
