1) They would (theoretically) get it a year from now. Rutgers tells presidents of each Greek life organization a lettered house is up for grabs. 2) Not only will rent go up from what it currently is, it costs even more to transform a house from a sorority house to a frat house. 3) How many brothers does TDX have? They are kicked off campus right now and have a bad rep. 4) Delta Phi nationals owns that house. They are also suspended for now, but their nationals aren’t just going to give the house to a frat also coming back fall 2020
