Those are definitely outdated tiers. SDT and ZTA are both fluctuating between top and middle, and DG completely dropped out to the bottom. So it's more like: Top GPhiB, Phi Sig ZTA, SDT Bottom SK, AChiO, DG There's really no clear middle tier atm.
