Fact: phi delt (as far as I know ) only took one kid from tdx and like 2 from theta chi and sig chi Tdx will stay on top. The only other 2 contenders for the top spot are theta chi and sig chi and they're both falling off. Honestly sad that Rutgers Greek life sucks so hard
