Top house right now is Pike, and when Delt, SigEp, and Sig Chi were still on campus they were also considered top houses. Pi Kapp is pretty new to campus and has some questionable guys, they also dont party nearly as much as Pikes. Phi Sig and SAE also party a good amount but are a lot more under the radar. The other fraternities (Alpha Nu, Phi Psi, Beta, Sig Nu) are pretty irrelevant and you dont hear much about them at all. So overall Pike is definitely the rowdiest and throws down the most, along with Delt and SigEp underground stuff, followed by Phi Sig and SAE
