I agree with you for the most part, but I'd say Kappa Sig is still upper top tier. Just because Sig Chi and Kappa Sig lost out to Beta and Sig Pi on homecoming doesn't mean they're lower top tier. Even though Sig Chi is seriously slipping now. That being said, KDR is definitely rising into the lower top tier. DX is still middle tier.
