you cant really say that your average perception of how good the brothers are is what seperates tiers and then say beta is arguably the best.while i agree they are top tier, of all their competing fraternities - pika, kappa sig, sig chi, and sig pi - they undoubtedly have the least cool members. The way they present themselves tries to be traditional fratty, but fraternities like pika, sig pi, and kappa sig would fit in much more at schools with traditional greek scenes. not to say beta isnt fratty, just to point out that its not the quality of their membership that puts them in the top tier. sig chi/beta/pika/kappa sig sig pi lambo/kdr/ka dphi/deta chi
