i completely agree. i think there are a lot of guys in "middle tier" chapters like KA and lambo that could have gone top tier but just fit in better with their respective organizations. that said, sig chi and beta are definietly on top. however, yeah, there are better dressers, better looking, and nicer guys in all chapters like pika, sig pi, KA and kdr. its just a matter of averages.
