Totally agree with comment by Rank. Chi O and Kappa are just alternatives, so different but both top houses. Theta is next, then it is Pi Phi, Tri Delt, or DG, any order depending on your vibe and who you hang with in the group. Next, I’d put Phi Mu, AXO, and Gamma Phi and also any order works depending on vibe (and that wasn’t the case two years ago...AXO and Phi Mu were not up there. But, they are coming on strong.
