Kappa and Chi O aren’t better or not better, just very different vibes. Kappa pretty and rich. Chi O pretty and sporty. But, both houses are are considered top and have their picks of top frats. Tri Delt and Pi Phi are also coming on the scene in a strong way, and got some top HOCO invites. Sig Chi is going with Pi Phi (and they are considered one of the top two frats).
