It is not fair to rank Theta with TrI Delt and Pi Phi. Theta is way better than those houses. Thetas should be ranked as good (if not better than XO and Kappa, too). A whole group of the best PNMs went Theta this past year, and we had plenty of choices that the girls in Tri Delt and Pi Phi didn’t. If being the coolest pledge class doesn’t equal top tier, what does?
