besides the tiny shifts for dg or pi phi, this is literally the exact same rank as the original post. and the only reason this one seems different is there four tiers plus phi mu, instead of three plus phi mu with essentially the same orders. you could just put NEW in front of phi mu and it’s like. the same. how is this any different.
