Rushing again DEFINITELY hurts you. Chapters that cut you last year will cut you again, but the chapters that wanted you might still want you. As much as it "hurts" there are only 4 "top" sororities and there are 6 "middle/bottom" ones. Being in a top sorotity is NOT the be all end all of rush. The girls in Phi Mu have more love for their sorority than any other greek girl I know. And nobody sees sororities like KD or AXO as any "less" than any other sorority.
