i don't care what other people tell you, it is DEFINITELY harder to rush as a sophomore. if there is even one sister who knows anything bad about you, you can get cut - so if you've thrown up outside the units in front of some kappas or thetas, don't be surprised when you get cut from them right away. also, unless you are already friends with upwards of five sisters, it will be really difficult to get into 'top tiers' so just knowing one girl/having your roommate in chi o will not get you a bid there. sisters will also judge sophomores on what you got involved in freshman year finally, i cannot stress enough that if you are re-rushing after dropping out freshman year it is almost guaranteed that you will NOT get into a top house. so many girls go through rush again thinking they can make up for last year's mistakes, but then are crushed when they get cut across the board from kappa, theta, pi phi, and chi o
