I don't think there are any 'tiers' for rush...obviously kappa and theta are the most popular (even though theta has not made its quota the past two years in rush), and pi phi and chi o generally get who they want. beyond that though, there's no real difference between AXO and Tridelt anymore after their seniors graduate, and I think that DG has fallen below both of them. also, phi mu is not participating in formal recruitment this year
