"if you get into one of these good job because recruitment is hard!!" says the self centered alpha phi. i will tell you one thing, i am in one of these sororities you classified as 'top tier', and recruitment is not only hard for the girls who receive a bid from them. recruitment is hard because hundreds!!! of girls are looking to find their home and meet the people they most fit in with. getting a bid from anyone who you feel comfortable with and at most at home with deserves a good job. sorry but its easy to see why there are so many issues within your cliques, i mean sorority.
