A little honest advice from personal/second-hand experience, leave this alone. Thinking you can understand the "game" of recruitment is almost always a sure way to end up disappointed, either because your plans don't work, or they do and you realize too late that you were after the wrong things. Alternatively, if all you're interested in is tiers, numbers, and reputation, then maybe go right ahead - you'll end up in a chapter surrounded by girls with only that in common.
