I am soooooooo confused. Either a huge group of ChiOs must have just found this site or someone is trying to make them look stupid because the amount of blatant self-ranking is getting out of hand. No one thinks ChiO is better than DG or AEPhi or close to the two of them at this point, including with rush stats. ChiO is a great chapter, and there is nothing wrong with it! But in the past few years they haven't been recruiting as well or had as much of a presence, and while they have some gems as always they have definitely fallen away from the other two middle tier chapters. Also DG and AEPhi would probably be on the same level in my mind just because they're different chapters for different personalities and both decidedly middle tier. At this point a lot of people pref DG/AEPhi and then split based on where they fit, and then otherwise a lot of people pref Pi Phi/AEPhi and Kappa/DG if they're preffing a top tier over the middle tier.
