To show that sorority women in all chapters are involved all over campus and break down some stereotypes? Like I was abroad this semester and would have had no idea that a new Pi Phi was on CS40 but that's awesome for her and says something about how Pi Phis don't do anything but party and play sports. And everyone knows AEPhi normally takes over Relay For Life, but most people wouldn't know that there are other chapters like Alpha Phi and KD who have a big leadership presence there too. It can be eyeopening and cool, especially for freshmen who can get their perception of certain chapters as fun or involved but not both broken early on.
