The point of snap bids are to get to quota, so they would only have enough to make quota and no extras. So Pi Phi could definitely take snap bids and still have the same amount of people in their PC as APhi as long as APhi only took quota on their own. Does anyone actually have any numbers in terms of new members yet or what?
