KD didn't break any rules. Panhel kept a close eye on them because it was their first recruitment and they weren't experienced. Folks who say different are showing their insecurities. KD has only been on campus for 3 semesters and is building a fabulous organization. No one at WUSTL expected them to be that strong, that fast.
