I'd go with SigEp. I've always felt pretty comfortable around them and they are pretty clean cut guys. Alpha Delt guys are nice too but they let pretty much anyone into their parties and I've had to interact with some creeps. The houses I've felt least comfortable at are SAE, KSig, Aepi, and SigChi/Beta.
