This post is a major cap. Theta Xi is legitimately an NPC frat that doesn't ever throw parties and has a basement smaller than the men's room in the DUC. SigEp is certifiably more relevant than TKE, Theta Xi, and ZBT combined. They are competitive with SNU, SAE, and Alpha Delt when throwing on the same night and are literally the biggest frat on campus. Alpha Delt always gets better turnout at parties than KSig and has a much stronger (and larger) pledge class. Alpha Delt despite being soy and feminine attracts larger crowds than just about every house on the upper row. Beta has fallen off so much that they are easily lower mid, they have some washed up athletes and throw mid parties that can't even compete with Alpha Delt or SNU.
