i think what the poster above was trying to say is that chapters will be punished for dirty rushing and the punishments can affect the PNMs who accept bids from those chapters. but the way i see it, why would you want to join a sorority that has to rely on dirty rushing to get good members? and my guess is that KD will take a lot of girls who are great but for whatever reason not highly desired by other chapters (e.g., sophomores/juniors, PNMs coming in with negative reps, etc.).
