I don't think Panhel can punish the girls going through recruitment, it's not their fault chapters choose to break the rules. But hopefully that means that the chapters that dirty rush, and we all know who they are, actually get turned in and sanctioned this year. They've had it coming for a long time. IDK how KD will do. I'm interested to see if they recruit smart or if they end up taking lots of leftovers. Who knows, maybe some girls will be interested in a chapter without a reputation?
