Did she actually start crying? Had to do a family thing so I couldn’t join but dang that is manipulative. Honest question: had any of these concerns been raised by her and the abolition leaders prior to the last week or so? Because I honestly never heard anything concrete and I’m on chapter leadership. We’re in the middle of a social justice crisis and a pandemic so emotions are high and obviously there’s a renewed focus on how to repair harm done but this feels a little opportunistic in some ways and it doesn’t sit well :/
