I had a massive discussion with someone about our different points of view, and I felt that we had actually made some progress. The thread just got deleted. I heard something yesterday in the meeting that “if you’re scared to share you’re opinions you’re probably wrong”. Sorry, but if you’re scared to let other people’s opinions be heard, you’re in the wrong.
