As someone in one if the top 3 houses on this list, if I had to switch I would much rather be in ZBT than Theta Xi, Alpha Delt, TKE or SigEp. Yeah they are off campus, have small pledge classes, and don't mix with the top soroities, but they are visibly very close and have real friendships. They keep it real- most of the others in the bottom half dont.
