Most girls get bids and this includes many sophomores. I know plenty of sophomores who ended up in many different chapters this rush. Being a sophomore shouldn’t hurt you that bad if the chapter likes you enough. That said if you’re very socially awkward and/or not involved on campus/can’t hold a conversation you’ll have a harder time getting a bid. But that’s not just sophomores. As long as you aren’t super awkward and/or rude you should get a bid somewhere.
