stats is definitely a huge part of it - both overall and how chapters did w/ crossbids - in addition to looks. and i'd say personality as well. it's worth pointing out that personality traits that make ppl good rushees aren't necessarily the same ones that make ppl good actives/sisters either (w/ the exception that ppl talented at rush are an asset in future recruitments). say what you want about glitter and glue as a system, but kappa has always functioned best when they pulled off a good mix of the two. obviously it'll be a while before this either comes true or not, but i have a feeling kappa's pc 19 and dg's pc 20 were/are both undersold based on rep/stats and will pay off big for them in the long run
